Historic Sugar House Renovation
Built in 1919, this home is an SLC original nestled perfectly within the Sugar House neighborhood. We gave it a small facelift – while also preserving its charm and historic eccentricities – and ended up with a final product that’s as quirky as it is contemporary.
We updated this early-2000s Draper home by knocking down some walls, turning a piano room into a dream closet, and creating a brand new master bedroom to match. We didn’t forget the kitchen and living room – they got touchups of their own!
